What payment methods are accepted when purchasing from My Urban Boho?
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and more.
Can I choose my jacket lining fabric?
Like the patchwork outer of your jacket, the lining fabric will be a fun surprise when it arrives. We are unable to select specific fabrics for the jacket insides, but the fabrics will be of a similar colour to the patchwork fabrics.
Shipping
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping of $10USD within Australia, and $20USD for international purchases.
When will my order be shipped?
As this is a pre-launch, your jacket will be made to order. This can take up to 2 months, as the jackets are made by hand. As soon as we receive your jacket it will be sent straight to you, and a tracking number will be provided.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We will need a street address for your delivery as we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We currently send pretty much world-wide, with Fedex. Please be aware that you may also be charged additional taxes, duties and VATs to receive your package at home.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I change my order if I have made a mistake?
Yes, if you would like to make changes to your order, please email us at myurbanboho@gmail.com with any changes within 4 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to modify your order.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for items within 30 days of the shipping date of your purchase within Australia. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with the label attached, and in received condition free from any stains, animal hair and scents. Any visibly worn or damaged items will be returned to the buyer and will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot refund shipping fees.
For International returns, we accept exchanges within 45 days of the shipping date of your purchase. We cannot refund shipping fees on any returns, and do not cover the return shipping fees. Please email us at myurbanboho@gmail.com to discuss your return first.
Fit and Sizing
What size should I get?
Our quilted reversible jackets are designed to have a more tailored fit. Please refer to the sizing guide for bust measurements, and select the most appropriate size for your own body. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up. Likewise, if you intend to wear anything thicker than a t-shirt or shirt, or light-weight knit top, you may want to consider sizing up too.
Care
Care Instructions
The care instructions for your My Urban Boho quilted jacket are printed on the label. Your jacket is 100% cotton, and may be hand washed or delicate machine washed in COLD water. Hang dry on a line – DO NOT tumble dry. You do not need to iron either.
Due to the nature of some of this block printed fabric, you will find that the colours will run the first couple of times you wash your jacket. Simply wash by itself, and you may use colour catchers if you like to catch any excess dye.
